Clubhouse
Brisbane Gun Club has a large clubhouse, full bar, kitchen and BBQ facilities and an expansive balcony overlooking the range. The clubhouse is ideal for small functions, a quick sausage sizzle or a few drinks after a long day of shooting. The balcony provides the opportunity for spectators to enjoy the thrilling sport of clay target shooting.
Outside the clubhouse is a large shaded area also perfect for spectators and presentations.
Seating and shade can be found the entire way along the range.
Brisbane Gun Club also has a smaller building at the other end of the grounds which was originally built as a dressing room for the 1982 Commonwealth Games. This building is primarily used to run courses, meetings and competitions.

Brisbane Gun Club also has shooting accessories available for purchase from the clubhouse. Whether you are in need of shooting glasses, earmuffs, a new hat or a towel, we have you covered. You can also purchase cleaning agents and equipment to keep your shotgun sparkly clean.
TRAP
TRAP is often where most clay target shooters start their foray into the sport. This discipline can serve as an introduction to clay target shooting, but is also highly competitive in Australia. Brisbane Gun Club also shoots variations of TRAP such as Continental, Double Rise, Deauville Doubles and now introduced Universal Trench layouts. Universal Trench is similar to ISSF Trench, and is becoming very popular as a stepping stone between Trap and ISSF Trench. It is more difficult than Trap and a little easier than ISSF Trench.
ISSF Trench
Skeet & ISSF Skeet
Brisbane Gun Club has four complete Skeet layouts, all capable of throwing targets for American Skeet or ISSF Skeet. Whilst both disciplines are similar, ISSF Skeet is the most demanding of the two and shot at the Olympic Games.
